As a part of its distribution of Agricultural/Rural Credit through NGO linkage the Management of Dhaka Bank Ltd. has signed an agricultural wholesale loan agreement of Tk 10 Crore, on October 18, 2010 with Padakhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra for onward seasonal crop based micro credit financing to the genuine farmers.

Mr. A.B.M. Siddique, President of Padakhep and Mr. Khondker Fazle Rashid, Managing Director of Dhaka Bank Limited signed the agreement on behalf of respective organizations.

Mr. Iqbal Ahammed, Executive Director of Padakhep, Mr. Saleh bin Sums, Director (Micro Finance) of Padakhep were also present there along with officials from Dhaka Bank including Mr. Tanweer Rahim, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Kaiser Tamiz Amin, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Neaz Mohammad Khan, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Haikal Hashmi, SEVP & Head, Credit Compliance & Admistration, Mr. Imran Ahmed, VP & In-charge, Special Credit Unit and Mr. Kazi Arif-ur Rahman, VP & Manager, Amin Bazar Branch.
