Dhaka Bank Limited introduced re- designed “Dhaka Bank Gift Cheque” on Thursday March 22, 2012 in a simple ceremony at Dhaka Bank Head Office. Khondker Fazle Rashid, Managing Director, Dhaka Bank Limited was present as main speaker. Mr. Niaz Habib, Additional Managing Director, Mr. Neaz Mohammad Khan, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Sajjad Hussain, Deputy Managing Director were also present and shared the business objective of this Cheque. Few branch managers and divisional heads were present in this occasion. Mr. Azad Shamsi, Head of Retail Banking explained the features and benefits of the product. This gift cheque will be available & encashable from all branches of Dhaka Bank in three denominations (Tk 1000/-, 500/- and 100/-). A premium of 7, 8 and 9% will be paid if encashed after 3, 6 months and 1 years respectively.
