A signing Ceremony for
syndicated multi credit
facility of Tk. 1374 million
in favor of Faisal Spinning
Mills Ltd. has been held on
July 2, 2007 at Dhaka
Sheraton Hotel.
Dhaka Bank Ltd is the Lead
Arranger and Agent Bank for
the syndication. Mr. Abdul
Hai Sarker, President of
Bangladesh Textile Mills
Association (BTMA) and
founder Chairman, Dhaka Bank
Limited was present on the
occasion as Chief Guest.
The proposed project, Faisal
Spinning Mills Ltd (FSML), a
concern of Saiham, Group is a
textile-spinning unit
comprising 30,960 ring
spindles.
