A signing Ceremony for syndicated multi credit facility of Tk. 989 million in favor of Creative Paper Mills Ltd. has been held on August 28, 2007 at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel. Dhaka Bank Ltd is the Lead Arranger and Agent Bank for the syndication.

The proposed project is a paper-manufacturing unit. It will have an annual production capacity of 42,000 MT of different kinds of paper like News Print, Offset and poster paper etc. Mr. Hasanul Morshed is the Chairman and Mr. Tabibul Huq is the Managing Director of the company.

A total of 8 Banks/FI including 7 (seven) banks and I (one) FI under the Lead Arrangement of Dhaka Bank Ltd. has taken part in this syndication. Yeasin Ali, Managing Director, Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited, Mr. Ali Reza Iftekhar, Managing Director, Eastern Bank Limited, Mr. AAM Zakaria, Managing Director, First Security Bank Limited, Mr. Md.
